One of the questions artists often hear is: “Where do you get your inspiration from?” For me, the answer is simple—it’s everywhere online. When I’m looking for Blender inspiration or fresh 3D art ideas, I usually turn to platforms like YouTube and Pinterest. Both are full of talented 3D artists sharing their work, techniques, and unique styles.
Recently, I made a low-poly stylised well after browsing YouTube and Pinterest for ideas. It’s a simple scene, but I had a lot of fun putting it together—mixing different concepts I came across and experimenting with a bright, cheerful colour palette. A special thanks to Grant Abbitt (YouTube: @grabbitt) for the inspiration.
Exploring this style has opened up a whole new creative path for me. It feels playful, imaginative, and surprisingly versatile.
Sometimes, just one image or tutorial can spark a passion for an entirely new style—and that’s the beauty of learning and creating art in today’s digital world.
How about you? Where do you usually find your inspiration?
