We will start with the Healing Tool to remove a hair from the cats eye. Then with the Path Tool, we will draw out the exact shape of the eye. And finally we will paint the eye using the LCH Color mode. With this technique you can get some really amazing results.
In this video we coloured the eyes of a cat, however you can apply this technique to humans or anything. Enjoy!
